Sam Samad is an exceptional estate agent and you’d have to go a long way to find his like. From the outset, we knew we had made the right choice as his warm, friendly and honest manner put us at our ease. We had also obtained quotes from some of the bigger agents but we chose Sam because of the fact that he would be dealing personally with all enquiries and visits.

In consequence, we enjoyed an incredible personal service in which we felt valued at all times and the buyers felt the same way.

Sam is very relaxed and cool but he worked really hard on our behalf and was enthusiastic at all stages of the process. He really rises to a challenge and has great liaison skills and dealt with our solicitor, us, the buyers and even the agent, surveyors and solicitors of our vendors, for which he was not charging us. In relation to our purchase he helped us navigate a complex informal tender in which we were up against 12 other bidders and there is little doubt that we wouldn’t have got our dream home without him.

Beyond a doubt, Sam is the best estate agent we have ever met, nothing is too much trouble for him, and in an extremely stressful Covid lockdown, with all its frustrations, he led all our team to success, surmounting all the barriers and achieving a great result for all parties.

I found my current flat through Easteology around two months ago, only a week before we wanted to move, however, and they made the process very easy considering the short time frame. Abu (our estate agent) provided us with his mobile number and was very patient with him as we called him at all hours of the day, even on the weekend, for a week of stressful paperwork, and made sure we understood our contract and everything we were signing.
