From the outset, we knew we had made the right choice as his warm, friendly and honest manner put us at our ease. Sam is very relaxed and cool but he worked really hard on our behalf and was enthusiastic at all stages of the process. He really rises to a challenge and has great liaison skills and dealt with our solicitor, us, the buyers and even the agent, surveyors and solicitors of our vendors, for which he was not charging us. In relation to our purchase he helped us navigate a complex informal tender in which we were up against 12 other bidders and there is little doubt that we wouldn’t have got our dream home without him.
