From the outset, we knew we had made the right choice as his warm, friendly and honest manner put us at our ease. We had also obtained quotes from some of the bigger agents but we chose Sam because of the fact that he would be dealing personally with all enquiries and visits.

In consequence, we enjoyed an incredible personal service in which we felt valued at all times and the buyers felt the same way.

Sam is very relaxed and cool but he worked really hard on our behalf and was enthusiastic at all stages of the process. He really rises to a challenge and has great liaison skills and dealt with our solicitor, us, the buyers and even the agent, surveyors and solicitors of our vendors, for which he was not charging us. In relation to our purchase he helped us navigate a complex informal tender in which we were up against 12 other bidders and there is little doubt that we wouldn’t have got our dream home without him.

Beyond a doubt, Sam is the best estate agent we have ever met, nothing is too much trouble for him, and in an extremely stressful Covid lockdown, with all its frustrations, he led all our team to success, surmounting all the barriers and achieving a great result for all parties.

The whole experience with Estateology was fantastic from beginning to end. My moving process started off bad. I contacted endless estate agents to enquire about properties and was promised callbacks, nevertheless, they never called. I was beginning to lose hope as time was ticking, then I found a lovely property marketed by Estateology.
