Having been in the estate agency industry for over 20 years Sam has had unprecedented success as the leading manager for a corporate chain of estate agents. He reshaped procedures and processes completely reforming the way they do business. His dedication to honesty and simplicity led him to break sales records year after year that still stand today.

Well renowned in the East London estate agency industry, Sam has been a consultant to existing and new estate agencies, using his wealth of knowledge and experience to help enhance business performance. Finally, he decided it was time to cut out the middlemen and bring his unfettered expertise to the creation of Estateology.

Starting his journey into the property world in 2021, Shahed has always worked hard to benefit the Estateology team. He strives to give the best possible service to both his clients and customers. He always looks to give the best service possible. His manager Sam, who has over twenty-one years of estate agency experience, pushes Shahed to become the best agent he can be. With many bumps and obstacles on the road, the property world is very demanding, and expectations are always high. Shahed’s determination and hunger to learn is what keeps him going.

Although starting his journey in 2021, Shahed has worked hard and excelled in the industry in the short timespan he’s been working in it. He looks forward to what the future holds for him.

Kobina joined the property industry as a college leaver. He had no preconceived ideas of what the industry was like and what obstacles were on the way. Being trained by one of the best in the industry, Kobina went from strength to strength and beat any challenge that came his way. Kobi prides himself of being that person which clients and customers can turn to when needing the right advice or a piece of mind.

Samiul entered the world of Estate Agency on August 3^rd 2020 as an Apprentice associate, under the stewardship of Managing Director Sam Samad and Operations Manager Abu Kawser. He strives to be the best at what he does and makes sure all his clients and customers walk away with a smile on their face. He understands that shelter is the 3^rd most important thing to a person and for Samiul being in a position where he can help people find a place that they can call home is what keeps him going every day.

Poppy has started her journey at Estateology in 2022. She has grown and developed her skills, character, and saleswomanship in a short time and is grateful to be given the chance to show her integrity and passion towards the job.

She looks forward to expanding her knowledge in the industry and perfecting her craft.
