The whole experience with Estateology was fantastic from beginning to end. My moving process started off bad. I contacted endless estate agents to enquire about properties and was promised callbacks, nevertheless, they never called. I was beginning to lose hope as time was ticking, then I found a lovely property marketed by Estateology. I was shown the property by Sam who was friendly, welcoming and not overbearing, unlike other agents I had previously encountered. Shahed handled the rest of the process, he was excellent at communicating and very responsive. He gave regular updates, resolved any issues near enough instantly and was great to talk to on the phone. The entire process was quick and efficient, I was moved in within just one week. I was beginning to lose hope in estate agents and believing they all have conform to the negative stereotype. However, these guys completely changed my mind. I found my current flat through Easteology around two months ago, only a week before we wanted to move, however, and they made the process very easy considering the short time frame. Abu (our estate agent) provided us with his mobile number and was very patient with him as we called him at all hours of the day, even on the weekend, for a week of stressful paperwork, and made sure we understood our contract and everything we were signing.
