Sam Samad is an exceptional estate agent and you’d have to go a long way to find his like. From the outset, we knew we had made the right choice as his warm, friendly and honest manner put us at our ease. We had also obtained quotes from some of the bigger agents but we chose Sam because of the fact that he would be dealing personally with all enquiries and visits.

In consequence, we enjoyed an incredible personal service in which we felt valued at all times and the buyers felt the same way.

Sam is very relaxed and cool but he worked really hard on our behalf and was enthusiastic at all stages of the process. He really rises to a challenge and has great liaison skills and dealt with our solicitor, us, the buyers and even the agent, surveyors and solicitors of our vendors, for which he was not charging us.
