Sam Samad is an exceptional estate agent and you’d have to go a long way to find his like. From the outset, we knew we had made the right choice as his warm, friendly and honest manner put us at our ease. He really rises to a challenge and has great liaison skills and dealt with our solicitor, us, the buyers and even the agent, surveyors and solicitors of our vendors, for which he was not charging us. In relation to our purchase he helped us navigate a complex informal tender in which we were up against 12 other bidders and there is little doubt that we wouldn’t have got our dream home without him.
Beyond a doubt, Sam is the best estate agent we have ever met, nothing is too much trouble for him, and in an extremely stressful Covid lockdown, with all its frustrations, he led all our team to success, surmounting all the barriers and achieving a great result for all parties.
