Despite all the doom and gloom you hear about the property market along with the uncertainty of Brexit, this is evidenced by the closure of many small independents and some branches of the larger agents in the market. Estateology is still going strong and looking forward to the new challenges for 2019, which no doubt will be all about survival of the most experienced.

Whilst still in our infancy we have reached a milestone of our 3rd year of operation.  There were many challenges and hurdles along the way but the team, lead by our Managing Director Sam Samad, focused around the 3 core themes of the business i.e. Trust, Transparency and Timing.

Estateology team are  delighted to have reached this milestone but remain level-headed as we realise that the market is going to get a lot tougher next year. Keeping this in mind our 3 year celebrations were somewhat muted – no big song or dance because we fully realise the challenges facing us regarding geo-politics, Brexit, stamp duty, new regulation and industry cycles.

   

We feel confident about the future because of our past but we don’t live in the past. We know what has worked for us and our clients and how we can move forward with our core values and adapt when necessary to tackle the toughest of markets. Although we are a small fish in a big pond we are punching above our weight and competing with the larger and corporate agencies. We were recently ranked 2nd in All Agents rankings for services provided to our clients in the E2 area, having missed the 1st place in the previous year due to their ranking system based on an alphabetical order.

Property academy partnered up with Rightmove and recognised us for delivering ‘exceptional service’ and we made the top 5% agents in the country for 2017 and featured in the Best estate agent guide 2018.
